Finding Accountability On-Line

Like many who consider themselves 'writers' I have a hard time holding to a schedule of writing, which, I'm told, any 'real' writer needs to develop.  Keeping this in mind, I now resolve to take my lazy ass on-line, and, hopefully, cultivate this daily habit I'm supposed to have.  I worry, though:  Will I become one of the countless blatherasses already on line?  Will I help feed and populate a cesspool of thoughtless  thought; mindless rants flowing form my keyboard, serving no other purpose than to turn people off before they linger long enough to establish a legitimate reason to disregard my prose?
